We at EROSKI are interested in your opinion. By accessing and using our Community functions, you accept our participation guidelines and agree to abide by these guidelines, as amended from time to time. These guidelines apply to all the content you submit and post in the EROSKI Community and to any actions you take (such as voting on the usefulness of opinions), when using the Community functions. Any use that contravenes these guidelines or that is intended to manipulate or alter the Community or any use of false or misleading content is strictly prohibited and may result in us restricting your use of Community functions, the removal of content, the exclusion of related products or the suspension or termination of your account.

REQUIREMENTS

• In order to give your opinion, you must have purchased the product to be evaluated. If you want to add a second opinion, you must have bought the product a second time. There is no need to comply with this requirement to be able to assess the usefulness of the comments of other customers.
• Your opinion will be labelled as a Purchase verified by EROSKI (A "Verified Purchase" means that we have verified that the person who wrote the review purchased the product in Eroski).
• To write opinions, you need to be over 18.
• You can not simply rate a product, you must also make a comment.
• Written texts with spelling errors will be corrected by EROSKI before publication.
• Processing of personal data in the reviews will be carried out according to the Data Protection Policy of which you are aware and which you accepted on registering as a User. Remember that this authorises Eroski to process the data coming from the use of the different Services, e.g. Product review, in order to improve the service.
• Tips to improve the quality of your opinions:
• Explain why you liked or did not like this product.
• Compare it with similar products and say whether or not it met your expectations.
• Do not describe the seller or the shipping experience.
• Do not include any advertising content.
• Participation in the reviews should always be respectful, based on the Terms and Conditions of Use of the digital environment and/or medium, which you accepted on registering as a User, and therefore we will not publish the review or the score from:
• Defamatory content, obscene or offensive words, or expressions of hatred or intolerance.
• Personal information.
• Impersonation of other persons or organisations. Do not pretend to be someone you are not.
• Attempts to silence other people's opinions. You may challenge other people's ideas and experiences as long as it is relevant and you do so in a respectful and non-threatening way.
• Advertisements, external links, offers, or references that encourage purchasing from competitors.
