Cazuela: Cocer la coliflor sin descongelar en agua hirviendo con sal durante 5-6 minutos a partir del primer hervor. Microondas: No aconsejable. Olla a presión: Añadir dos vasos de agua con sal a la coliflor sin descongelar. Tapar y hervir de 2 a 3 minutos a partir de que suba la válvula. Una vez hervida y escurrida, condiméntela a su gusto. Para una mejor conservación de las vitaminas, le recomendamos cocer la verdura con el mínimo de agua y respetando los tiempos de cocción indicados.
